	FAKIRA BABURAO PAWAR     A Civil Engineer from the Govt Polytechnic in Aurangabad, Fakira has been instrumental in ensuring that every project is designed keeping in mind core ideas of quality and aesthetics. He brings with him experience and expertise of working on large scale residential & commercial projects. After having worked with some big names in real estate development, he joined hands with Vinayak Surkutla to start PS Developers. VINAYAK C. SURKUTLA     Vinayak too is a Civil Engineer from the Government Polytechnic in Aurangabad. His career spans residential, commercial & infrastructure development projects. Winner of the Most Promising Engineer for the year 2000 given by BAI (Nasik), Vinayak has many feathers in his cap. He finds place in the Limca Book of Records for building a bridge in India in 38 days flat, he was also honoured by the government of India for the same. He has rich experience of having worked with an ISO 9001:2000 company (Ashok Buildcon Ltd.) for 14 years as a project manager. During his tenure, he successfully completed projects like Cadbury, Mahindra & Mahindra, FIAT Engineering and many infrastructure projects like, bridges across Maharashtra.
